Build your dream Strat with this 2000 Squier SE by Fender® HSS Stratocaster body. Featuring a full 1 3/4" Fender USA/MIM thickness, solid wood construction, and a gloss black relic finish, this body delivers the look and feel of a custom shop guitar at a fraction of the cost.

Perfect for any Strat-style project, it includes a vintage-style 6-screw tremolo bridge, strap buttons, and a 4-bolt neck plate. No structural issues—just tasteful relic wear that adds character without compromise.

Features:

This is a genuine 2000 Squier® SE Stratocaster body with a full 1 3/4" thickness, the same as USA and MIM Fender® models. It's made from solid wood—not plywood—and features HSS pickup routing (humbucker in the bridge, single coils in the middle and neck). The body uses a modern wiring layout, with Control 1 assigned to bridge and middle tone, and Control 2 to the neck tone.

It comes equipped with a vintage-style 6-point tremolo bridge featuring block-style saddles, all in excellent condition. Included hardware consists of strap buttons and a 4-bolt neck plate. The total weight, as shown with hardware installed, is approximately 4 lb 12 oz. The finish is a tasteful relic with natural wear—there are no cracks, breaks, or structural issues of any kind. The neck pocket is clean and unmodified and fits standard 2-3/16" Fender®-spec necks.

Fit & Compatibility:

This body follows standard Fender® Stratocaster neck specs (2-3/16” pocket width). Minor sanding or adjustment may be needed depending on your neck or pickguard. If you're not comfortable modifying, we recommend checking fitment with a local tech.
